As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are looking for a highly self-motivated Deputy Store Manager. In this role you will lead by example and inspire our retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service. You will be a key member of the senior management team within the store, reporting to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and inspire retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service; you will be a key member of the senior management team and report to the Store Manager.
  • Show retail management experience by driving sales and improving the store's performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.
  • Ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards and able to take corrective action when necessary.
  • Demonstrate a coaching management style with excellent communication, being clear, open and honest.
  • Passion for sales with a positive, can-do attitude; have experience in change management and a track record of meeting targets in a significant retail operation with a strong profit motive.
