The Range is seeking a Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy retail store in Crawley Down. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain store standards.
As a Duty Manager, you will lead shop floor colleagues, coach teams and ensure procedures are followed across customer service, merchandising, health & safety, and stock control.
