Role Description
The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cookstown.
The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising team members, managing merchandising standards, and ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-presented.
This role is responsible for driving sales, monitoring key performance indicators, managing stock levels, and supporting loss prevention procedures.
The Store Manager ensures excellent customer service, resolves customer queries and concerns, and fosters a positive in-store experience.
