Join Our Team! Permanent Part-Time Service Crew
- Short working hours only
- Location: 787 North Bridge Road, Singapore 198755
- Salary: $1,800/month
- Working Hours: 6:00pm – 11:00pm
- Work Week: 6 days/week (must be able to work weekends)
Job Scope:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner
- Assist with cashiering duties
- Prepare outlet for service (table setting, top up condiments, maintain cleanliness)
- Clear dishes, wipe tables, sweep & mop floor
- Wash toilet and complete other cleaning/prep duties
- Prepare drinks
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service throughout the dining experience
- Attend to customer enquiries and requests promptly
- Check in with customers during/after meals to ensure satisfaction
- Encourage customers to leave Google/online reviews (when appropriate)
- Collect customer feedback politely and elevate issues to the supervisor/manager
- Handle basic service recovery (e.g., apologise, offer assistance) and report incidents accordingly
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
