Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team in a thriving industry? We are a family‑owned and run business specializing in recycling and manufacturing plastic materials, and we're on the lookout for a motivated Production Operative to join our nights team.

The right candidate’s duties will include operating the following:

  • Counter‑Balance Truck
  • Extrusion Machines
  • Pulverising Mill
  • Bandsaw
  • Reciprocating Saws

Counterbalance forklift experience is essential. Experience of running the machines is not essential as training will be provided. The correct applicant must be willing and eager to learn and be able to deal with high‑pressure working. A background in engineering will be a bonus but not essential.

40 hours per week, full time positions available. Sunday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00.

Requirements

  • Operate machinery and equipment in the production process.
  • Assist in the recycling and manufacturing of plastic materials.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure standards are met.
  • Operate a counterbalance fork truck safely and efficiently.
  • Minimum of 1 year counterbalance experience.
