Rainbow Medical Centre is looking to recruit a part time Patient Care Advisor (PCA). Max hours available are 31.5 hours per week. The pay starts at £12.47 per hour and is subject to incremental raises. Working at our two sites in Sutton and Thatto Heath, St Helens, the post-holder will join a team of PCAs and:

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and their carers both face to face and over the telephone.
  • Work with/support the practice based doctors, nurses and other clinical and non clinical staff who undertake work from the practice.
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support.
  • Provide a confidential service.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with good IT skills and experience of working with members of the public. They will have exceptional communication and organisation skills and will want to provide a person centred experience for our patients.
