Summary
Outdoor instructional role teaching animal husbandry, gardening, wood work and more on a small farm setting. You'll be teaching people of all ages and abilities, our main source of visitors are vulnerable young adults with alternative abilities. This is a purely instructional role, as visitors who require a carer bring their own carer. We have a structured day plan, though we make ourselves flexible as possible to every visitors needs. Its normal to work with some clients on a weekly basis for many months and possibly years, as we have a high retention for visitors once they sign up.
