Overview

We are looking for a Morning Receptionist who cares about pets in the same way all of the staff here do.

Hours will be Mon-Sat 09:00 - 13:00 (Please note this role includes Saturday Mornings).

Salary Min Wage + other benefits to be advised.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and welcome visitors (sometimes with deceased pets).
  • Provide support to grieving customers.
  • Answer telephone enquiries and recording of bookings.
  • Reply to emails, Facebook, WhatsApp and any other means of communication approved by the company.
  • Perform clerical duties as directed by manager.
  • Take payments by telephone and direct from customer.
  • Raising of invoices both for direct customers and contracted clients.
  • Chase late and overdue payments as instructed by manager.
  • Deal with and resolve customer concerns.
  • Well mannered. Sympathetic and understanding. Customer focused. Ideally a pet person. Calm under pressure. Able to handle deceased pets with sympathy and utmost respect without judgment. Able to work under own judgment. Trustworthy, Honest.
