Childcare & Education

  • Support new staff, students, and apprentices where required

Parent & Carer Engagement

  • Support a welcoming, inclusive environment for all families

Environment & Resources

  • Help maintain a stimulating, well-resourced learning environment

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality care and early education, support children's learning and development, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging nursery environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early years who thrives in a hands-on, child-centred setting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (minimum Level 3 preferred)
  • Experience working in an early years setting
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Desirable

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
  • Paediatric 12hr First Aid certificate
  • Experience completing observations and assessments
  • Understanding of Ofsted expectations and early years best practice
