The Rainbow Project Rotherham is seeking a compassionate, practical Peer Support and Group Process Worker to support LGBTQI+ adults at our Wath-upon-Dearne venue. The role blends person-centred peer support, group facilitation and practical duties to keep activities safe, welcoming and well organised.
You will help run our Tuesday and Friday groups, support a monthly crochet and knitting group, and host a sober games night twice a month.
