About the Role We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable
Part-Time Front of House Team Member to join our team. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service and helping to create a welcoming, clean and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests.
This is a varied role that will involve working behind the bar, serving drinks, taking orders, handling payments and maintaining high standards throughout the pub.
Part-time hours will be offered on a rota basis and will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays .
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Take food orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve drinks to a high standard.
- Make product recommendations and confidently answer customer questions.
- Deal with customer requests, concerns and complaints professionally.
- Help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Bar and Service Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Use correct glassware, measures, garnishes and serving procedures.
- Maintain good knowledge of the drinks menu.
- Promote and recommend products where appropriate.
- Check identification and follow Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Keep the bar, restaurant and customer areas clean and well stocked.
