At Heartwood Collection, we’re on the lookout for meticulous and thorough individuals to join our team as a Night Manager. As a Night Manager, you'll ensure the safety and well-being of our guests during overnight stays and maintain the smooth operation of the property outside key trading hours. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest care while ensuring that health and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for the cleanliness of the public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle late guest check-ins, early check-outs, and room allocations/upgrades through the Property Management System (PMS).
- Perform night audits, including fire, health and safety, security, and compliance checks; collaborate and hand over with the Management Team.
- Ensure breakfast service preparation is completed and provide a thorough shift handover.
- Manage cleaning duties and oversee property cleanliness and standards.
- Evacuate the property in case of fire alarm activation, following company procedures.

About You:
- You’re responsible, reliable, and have a keen eye for details.
- Well-organised and able to work with systems and communicate effectively.
- Have the ability to work alone and solve problems independently.
- 1-2 years experience as a Night Manager in a hotel or hospitality setting.
