To maintain high standards of cleanliness and service in all allocated areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean allocated bedrooms, corridors, and bathrooms to the standard set by the House Management and as set out in the room procedure.
  • Prepare trolleys and linen for the following day.
  • Undertake all project work in the bedrooms as directed.
  • Report all maintenance faults to the Housekeeper.
  • Ensure lost property is deposited and logged with the Head Housekeeper.
  • Report all security breaches to the Housekeeper.
  • Cover any other position within the housekeeping department during periods of sickness or over holidays.
  • Carry out any related duties as designated by Housekeeping Management.
  • Attend staff training sessions and courses as required.
  • Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
  • Be fully conversant with the Club's Rules, Regulations and Staff Handbook.
  • To cover public area duties in the morning as required.
