To maintain high standards of cleanliness and service in all allocated areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean allocated bedrooms, corridors, and bathrooms to the standard set by the House Management and as set out in the room procedure.
- Prepare trolleys and linen for the following day.
- Undertake all project work in the bedrooms as directed.
- Report all maintenance faults to the Housekeeper.
- Ensure lost property is deposited and logged with the Head Housekeeper.
- Report all security breaches to the Housekeeper.
- Cover any other position within the housekeeping department during periods of sickness or over holidays.
- Carry out any related duties as designated by Housekeeping Management.
- Attend staff training sessions and courses as required.
- Maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
- Be fully conversant with the Club's Rules, Regulations and Staff Handbook.
- To cover public area duties in the morning as required.
