We are looking to appoint innovative and enthusiastic individuals who have the passion and ability to support high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects in school and can create a purposeful learning atmosphere in a classroom. Behaviour and learning are managed to the highest standards. A calm disposition, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide stability and continuity for students' learning by covering lessons for short‑term teacher absence (up to 10 days).
  • Play a pivotal role in improving learning and teaching and be included in the school's programme of professional development for classroom practitioners.
  • Support teachers in creating a purposeful learning environment and manage classroom behaviour and learning to the highest standards.
