Job Summary

Grade 3, SCP 6-11 £22,671 - £25,328 pro rata applied. 36 hours 40 minutes per week, 8am - 3.50pm, Monday to Friday, Term time only, plus 15 additional days. Under the direction of the Senior Finance Manager and Business Manager, you will be required to carry out effective financial administration procedures. It is essential that you are organised, excel at multi-tasking, work flexibly and have a 'can do' attitude. The post-holder will undertake appropriate training where offered to ensure that their skills remain up to date. The school will provide training on all relevant software to ensure proficiency in necessary systems.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out effective financial administration procedures under the direction of the Senior Finance Manager and Business Manager.
  • Organise and manage financial records and documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with other schools in the trust when required.
