Weare seeking an outstanding and ambitious leader to join our Senior LeadershipTeam as Associate Deputy Headteacher – Inclusion. This strategic role will leadthe development and implementation of the school's inclusion strategy, ensuringthat all students, particularly those who are disadvantaged, vulnerable, haveSEND or face barriers to learning, are fully supported to achieve, progress andflourish. Working closely with senior leaders, staff, families and externalagencies, the successful candidate will champion high-quality inclusivepractice and drive improvements in attendance, engagement, achievement andwellbeing across the school.
