Our client, a leading facilities maintenance provider, is seeking a Technical and Compliance Manager to support cutting-edge R&D environments at a prestigious site in Weybridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your technical engineering expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative setting., * Integrate engineering support to ensure high reliability and uptime for R&D facilities.

  • Stay up-to-date and ensure compliance with UK statutory engineering regulations, including PSSR, LOLER, Legionella, F-gas, and Asbestos management.

  • Investigate and conduct root cause analysis for engineering-related issues, collaborating with EHS, quality, microbiology, laboratory functions, and pilot plant operations teams.

  • Identify and close compliance gaps through projects and activities.

  • Support audit readiness and participate in internal and external audit preparation activities.

  • Identify and oversee technical aspects of capital and minor work projects, working closely with project management teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover.

  • Monitor infrastructure lifecycle asset management and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

  • Assist with management monitoring activities and documentation, including SOP reviews and updates.

  • Degree-qualified in an engineering discipline.

  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in multidisciplinary engineering areas.

  • Experience with R&D processes in regulated or GXP facilities.

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing complex facilities, including GXP environments.

  • Experience in engineering or facilities project management.

  • Electrical experience is advantageous.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster collaborative working relationships.
