What you'll do
- Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical building services systems.
- Support the engineering team in maintaining systems including lighting, power distribution, HVAC plant, pumps, motors, and general building services equipment.
- Supervise day‑to‑day activities of engineers, ensuring maintenance is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Assist with minor administrative duties including maintenance scheduling, compliance records, and service reporting.
- Provide occasional oversight of soft services to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation of the building.
- Liaise with contractors, clients and site stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and operational performance.
