R&A Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their on‑site engineering team at a commercial static site in West Sussex, with responsibility for one additional satellite site within the portfolio.

- What you’ll do
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems.
- Undertake general maintenance duties including basic mechanical repairs, fabric maintenance, routine plant inspections, and minor building repairs.
- Complete basic electrical works including lighting maintenance, lamp replacements, socket replacements, and minor rewiring tasks.
- Respond to maintenance requests and fault‑find building services systems to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
- Travel to a nearby satellite site when required, using the company vehicle provided.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with statutory compliance and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with site stakeholders.
