What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
- Support pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, Complex Needs and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
- Lead whole-class learning and small group interventions.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, teaching staff and school leaders.
- Create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt learning to meet the individual needs of every pupil.

- An experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an HLTA or within a school setting.
- Confidence leading learning and managing classroom behaviour.
- A caring, patient
and positive approach. - An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility to work across Gillingham and the surrounding Medway area.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.
