The Quran Group is a free online Islamic education community, with over 500 students across six continents taught by volunteer scholars and huffaz.

As we grow, students can quietly drift away without anyone noticing.

This role makes sure that doesn't happen.

What you'd do

  • After each class, mark attendance in a shared tracker from what the teacher posts.
  • Message students who have gone quiet, warmly, to find out why and encourage them back.
  • Keep class details current so students always know where and when to go.

It's light work that lives on consistency.

A short check most days, around 15 to 30 minutes, matters more than a long session once a week.

Most days it's a quick attendance mark; now and then there's a student to follow up with or a monthly check-in to help run.

This is a volunteer role, unpaid, offered fi sabilillah, supporting free Islamic education.

You'd be part of the wider team, kept in the loop on what's being built across The Quran Group, and your ideas would always be welcome.

We actively want them.

Who we're looking for someone reliable, good with people, organized enough to keep a simple tracker accurate, and able to give a little time most days.

No formal experience needed, just care and consistency.

The role is remote and runs on Whatsapp, spreadsheets and operates on Clickup (We will explain how to use).

Apply through the questions below and we'll be in touch.
