Qualified or actively working towards BCBA (or equivalent). The Quest School is a specialist independent school for children with autism, based in Kent. We are recruiting for an ABA Supervisor to join the team of highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic staff, working at our outstanding school. At Quest, we are proud of the outcomes we achieve for our pupils. Ofsted (Nov 2022) stated; Staff identify the most important knowledge and skills that each of the pupils needs to learn. Individual learning programmes are well planned and sequenced so that they incorporate what each pupil needs.
This role provides the opportunity for you to make a real difference to children’s lives, working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team. As part of the role, you would oversee a caseload of pupils and be responsible for assessing skills and designing learning and behaviour programmes.
