This is one of the most significant leadership roles in our school, carrying direct responsibility for the quality of education, curriculum design and student outcomes across the department.

As Coordinator, you will lead curriculum planning and review, oversee the quality of teaching and learning across the department, line manage your team and drive continuous improvement through evidence-informed practice. You will benefit from the support of a dedicated Deputy Principal, the wider SLT and the specialist resources of The Collegiate Trust central team.
