Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging, broad, and relevant Design Technology curriculum from Year 7 to Year 13, including GCSE, A Level, and BTEC pathways.

- Play a key role in shaping the department's strategic vision, curriculum development, and enrichment activities.
- Foster a culture of high expectations, excellent behaviour, and academic achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Trust and engage with parents and external partners to enhance pupil progress and opportunities.
- Support the Trust's specialism in Engineering and facilitate employer engagement to prepare pupils for future careers.
- Contribute as a Form Tutor, supporting pupils' personal development, wellbeing, and life skills.
