We’re now looking for a Head of Events, Programming & Partnerships to help shape what happens in our venues. This is not just a diary management role. We’re looking for someone who wants to build a programme, develop new nights, and bring great people into the space.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for growing and developing the event programme across our venues. This includes:

  • bringing new promoters and club nights into the venue
  • developing new in-house events and concepts
  • building corporate and private hire bookings
  • supporting the ongoing growth of our comedy programming

We will support you to develop ideas and relationships that grow the venues. We’re particularly interested in people who already have connections with:

  • club night promoters
  • DJs and producers
  • comedy promoters or agents
  • cabaret and performance producers
  • corporate event bookers

If you already work in nightlife, comedy or live events and want a venue you can actively programme, this role could be a great fit.

What Success Looks Like

In this role you will:

  • bring exciting new promoters and events into the venue
  • develop new nights that attract new audiences
  • help grow the comedy programme
  • build a strong pipeline of corporate and daytime bookings
  • maximise the use of the venue throughout the week

You will work closely with the Milli Group team but have the freedom to propose and develop your own ideas.

Salary & Commission

Salary depending on experience: £30,000 – £40,000 + commission (with part-time options available). The role also includes a commission structure based on bookings you generate, including:

  • corporate and private hire bookings
  • new promoter nights
  • successful in-house events

Total earning potential can reach £40k–£50k+ depending on performance.

Working Pattern

Hybrid working. You’ll spend time:

  • working from home
  • working from our office and venue in Elephant & Castle
  • attending some events in the evenings

About You

You might already be:

  • working in venue programming
  • producing club nights or comedy events
  • booking events for a venue or promoter
  • working in live entertainment or nightlife

You are someone who:
