Following an extensive refurbishment and significant investment, The Queen's is preparing to open its doors with an ambitious vision: to become one of the region's leading independent restaurants, recognised for exceptional food, impeccable service and genuine hospitality.
We are seeking an exceptional hospitality professional with proven experience in premium dining environments.
You will understand that outstanding service is about anticipation, attention to detail, teamwork and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
Alongside a genuine passion for hospitality, you will have a strong appreciation of food and wine and be confident guiding guests through both.
This role is ideally suited to candidates who have developed their careers within luxury hotels, AA Rosette restaurants, Michelin Guide restaurants or premium independent dining establishments.
We are not looking for someone simply to manage a restaurant. We are looking for a hospitality leader who wants to build something exceptional.
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus and benefits.
