Senior Events and Membership Co‑ordinator

Salary: £32,640 (pro‑rata) / 17.5 – 35 hours per week (both part‑time and full‑time options considered)
Job location: Central London and remote working – a hybrid model with one day at the London office every two weeks and occasional in‑person events.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for existing and new membership enquiries.
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Operations to track key deliverables and maintain accurate records.
- Issue invoices, support the Director of Finance with chasing payments and tracking payments.
- Write and edit newsletters to improve membership engagement.
- Update CRM and events management software and liaise with the communications team.
- Track key statistics on member engagement and attendee numbers.
- Oversee the coordination and administration of several QICN professional networks.
- Support the Network Lead with outreach to potential network members.
- Prepare online and in‑person meetings (create Zoom events, book venues, set up registration pages, send joining instructions, manage attendance lists, prepare materials and assist on the day).
Person Specification
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a coordination, support or administrative environment.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders.
- High level of digital literacy (MS Office, MailChimp, Eventbrite, Zoom).
- Experience using CRM packages to manage, distribute and update work.
- Experience organising events/workshops.
- Experience in financial administration.
- Experience writing newsletters and promotional materials.
- Detail oriented, good problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Highly organised and methodical approach to managing workload, including competing deadlines.
- Can work on own initiative and deliver timely, high‑quality results.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector.
- Experience working with organisational members or high‑value clients.
Benefits
