We are searching for an experienced and energetic Barista and Lobby Host to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.

The Barista & Lobby Host plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent and welcoming customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers, preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries, cakes and sandwiches;
• Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs via orders and welcoming to the hotel.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
• Prepares, sells and serves speciality coffee and tea beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Maintains the appearance of the store and coffee bar.
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
