One of the first purpose-built hotels in Europe, Queens Hotel was built on the site of the original Sherborne Spa, and became used as suitable accommodation for the nobility and royalty who visited Cheltenham to restore, renew and revive.

Our Opportunity
The Sales Manager is responsible to plan, action and take ownership to drive all sales, both proactive and reactive, within the hotel and local market place, in partnership with the cluster Sales and Marketing team to meet budgeted revenue across all segments of the business. You will take a lead role in clarifying and communicating the personal responsibilities and accountabilities in conjunction with the hotel General Manager to all stakeholders ensuring a consistent and targeted approach to all revenue streams. Additionally, you will manage the MICE office within the hotel maximising all sales opportunities. Must have recent pro-active sales experience with a sound understanding of reactive sales.
