One of the first purpose-built hotels in Europe, Queens Hotel was built on the site of the original Sherborne Spa, and became used as suitable accommodation for the nobility and royalty who visited Cheltenham to restore, renew and revive. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading shifts, supervising the front-of-house team, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management in the day-to-day running of the department including our Bar, Lounge, Garden, and Restaurant.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading and motivating the team during service to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience
  • Assisting with training, development, and daily briefings for the F&B team
  • Ensuring standards are consistently maintained across all service areas
  • Supporting management with stock control, and health & safety procedures
  • Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members
