Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading shifts, supervising the front-of-house team, and supporting the Food & Beverage Management in the day-to-day running of the department including our Bar, Lounge, Garden, and Restaurant.

What you will be doing:

• Leading and motivating the team during service to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience
• Assisting with training, development, and daily briefings for the F&B team
• Ensuring standards are consistently maintained across all service areas
• Supporting management with stock control, and health & safety procedures
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and team members

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a food and beverage environment
• A genuine passion for food, drink, and hospitality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
