The Queens Hotel (Cheltenham) is seeking a customer-focused hospitality team member for a 40-hour contract, including evenings and weekends. You’ll work across our restaurant, bar, and event space, ensuring guests receive excellent service.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering promptly, setting up and clearing areas, assisting with events and room service, and maintaining cleanliness. Full training provided for those new to food and beverage service.
