The iconic Queens Hotel Cheltenham is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our exceptional hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a luxury hotel environment known for outstanding service and elegant dining experiences.
Your Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the F&B manager in delivering seamless service across our restaurant, bar, lounge, events and room service operations. You will lead by example on the floor, inspiring your team to provide warm, attentive and memorable service for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day F&B operations to ensure exceptional service standards
- Lead, motivate and train team members
- Support rotas, stock control and cash handling procedures
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing legislation
