The Queen’s Club is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team for the prestigious HSBC Championships 2026. This world‑renowned tournament attracts high‑profile guests, elite athletes, VIPs, and international visitors who expect a seamless, discreet, and five‑star standard of service. We are looking for candidates with proven experience working at luxury venues, exclusive events, private members’ clubs, or high‑end hospitality environments.

Tournament roles will be placed in the Front of House, Back of House, Grounds, and Shop teams. All roles take place at The Queen’s Club, Palliser Rd, London, W14 9EQ, from Saturday 6th June to Sunday 21st June 2026, inclusive. You may also be required to work or attend training on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th June 2026, if requested.

Available Roles

  • Front of House: Bartender, Fine Dining Waiter, Barista, Food Runner, and Bar Runner
  • Back of House: Chef, Kitchen Porter, and Event Porter
  • Grounds Team: Groundsperson
  • Retail: Shop Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on the role you apply for, you will contribute to delivering an elevated guest experience in a high‑demand, premium environment. Responsibilities may include:

  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, presentation, and guest care at all times.
  • Supporting the smooth operation of hospitality, retail, or grounds services during a high‑profile international event.
  • Maintaining immaculate work areas and ensuring all service points meet luxury‑event expectations.
  • Providing polished, attentive, and discreet service to VIP guests, Members, and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with food and beverage service, back‑of‑house operations, retail sales, or grounds preparation.
  • Managing stock, equipment, or merchandise with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless five‑star experience throughout the tournament.

About You

We are looking for individuals who bring:

  • A confident, polished, and professional manner suitable for a luxury, high‑visibility environment.
  • Experience working at premium events, exclusive venues, private members’ clubs, fine dining establishments, or high‑end hospitality settings.
  • A proactive, calm, and solutions‑focused approach, especially during peak service times.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • High personal standards of organisation, timekeeping, and presentation.

Experience in hospitality, catering, retail, or event operations at a similar calibre is strongly preferred.
