What you'll be doing
Running the bar operation - ensuring smooth service, stock control, and consistently high standards.
Leading and developing the bar team - training, and inspiring a confident, knowledgeable crew.
Crafting an exciting drinks offering - from local ales and premium spirits and a small but interesting wine offering.
Driving guest experience - creating a friendly, memorable environment that keeps guests returning.
Supporting the wider management team - contributing ideas, energy, and leadership as we establish our identity.
