A rare opportunity has arisen in our Virtual Ward as a band 5 staff nurse.
Virtual Ward aims to provide safe and effective monitoring and a follow up service for patients who require ongoing care following acute hospital admissions. Virtual ward offers a safe alternative to traditional hospital care for patients meeting specific clinical criteria.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the multidisciplinary team (Consultants, Nurses, community, DTU & Virtual Ward Clinical Co-ordinator) to provide a high standard of care to patients who require medications, procedures or investigations to either control or diagnose medical conditions.
Additional notes: Online interviews will not be available for this vacancy; shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an in-person interview.
