FTE Salary: £39,152 - £44,074
Actual Salary: £33,824 - £38,246

Iceni Secondary Academy are looking to appoint a Safeguarding Manager to ensure the consistent application of the safeguarding and child protection policy and procedures in the absence of and working alongside the Designated Lead for Safeguarding. We believe in putting children and young people at the heart of all that we do and that every student should feel safe and receive a first-class education to ensure they are well prepared for the next phase of their lives, within education, training, or employment.
About you:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and has relevant and evidenced experience in safeguarding and implementing statutory guidance and policies.
- The successful candidate will be motivated, patient, and able to use their own initiative.
- They must be able to demonstrate prior experience of compliance and auditing within a safeguarding setting.
- Previous experience in a relatable role within an educational establishment or social services is essential.
