We arelooking to appoint a Cleaning Operative to join our team. If you areinterested in working with young people and would like to help them as theyprepare for their future working lives, we would like to hear from you.

About the role:

We are looking for anindividual to undertake the day-to-day cleaning and sanitisation ofthe building and facilities, ensuring Health & Safety compliance at alltimes. The successful candidate will join an academy which is dynamicand inspiring, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students.To succeed, you will have previous experience in a similar environment withbasic cleaning methods and the use of equipment. You will have a goodstandard of literacy and numeracy and the ability to work on your owninitiative and within a team.

We are keen to secure a positiveCleaning Operative who can make a telling contribution to our team. Thedepartment is part of a well led, mutually supportive cleaning team and theappointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will besupported by a Cleaning Supervisor and strong SLT.
