The Queen Elizabeth Academy are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated fixed term Teaching Assistant, who will work well as part of a team who truly want the best from our students. About you
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking individual, with a real drive to enhance the whole school experience. As a key member of the learning support team, you will work under the guidance/instruction of designated teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area under the guidance of teaching staff.
The successful candidate will have Maths and English GCSE grade c/4 or above and have previous experience of working with children. To succeed you will have the ability to multi-task, have good organisation and time management skills and have effective oral and written communication skills.
