The Queen Elizabeth Academy in Atherstone invites applications for an Inclusion Room Manager. You will lead and develop our inclusion provision, delivering high-quality support for pupils who would otherwise receive fixed-term exclusions and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning climate.
Your role also oversees Admissions and liaises with the Local Authority and Governors in relation to suspensions and permanent exclusions, contributing to safer, fairer secondary education.
