The role:

BH Live is recruiting a Customer Operations Manager to join our busy team at BH Live Active – The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex. Our Customer Operations Managers ensure everyone visiting our centre has a great customer experience, has fun and is kept safe. You will have day-to-day responsibility for the operations of the centre, whilst on duty and may need to be required to be on call for emergencies.

You will:

  • Ensure each department has the appropriate level of staffing and be responsible for the coordination of reactive shift cover.
  • Be responsible for and coordinate the safe evacuation of members of the public and colleagues in the event of an emergency.
  • Open and close the building.
  • Carry out visual building inspections of the building and report any issues to our technical team.

To be successful you will need:

  • Good organisation skills, coupled with great attention to detail.
  • Great people skills, be proactive with great communication skills.
  • A customer focussed approach.
  • Commercial acumen.

Due to the nature of our business, you will need to be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
