The role:
BH Live is recruiting for Casual Customer Service Representatives to join our team at The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex. This role will be mainly for weekend cover and is great if you are looking for flexible part-time, casual hours that can fit in around your lifestyle.
You will:
- Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre
- Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets
- Administer and maintain our membership schemes
- Administer a booking system
You will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good IT and administration skills
- An understanding of the importance of customer care
- Experience in dealing with customers
Due to the nature of our business, hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
