BH Live is currently recruiting for Level 1 qualified Assistant Swimming Teachers to join our team across our Southampton Sites.
Swimming teachers are essential in ensuring people can learn to swim and enjoy the benefits of aquatics throughout their life. Becoming a swim teacher is an enriching journey that promises great satisfaction and the chance to positively impact lives.

Our Assistant Swimming Teachers:
- Provide a safe, informative, fun and productive lesson.
- Must be fully aware of the Centre\\\’s Normal Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Procedures.
- Uphold the expected standards, behaviours, and values of BH Live.
To be successful you will need:
- A passion for swimming and experience working with children.
- To be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ambition for continuous professional development.
- A Swim England Level 1/STA Award full certificate.
- To be available and able to work unsocial hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
