The Quay is set within a grade II listed, former 19th century warehouse. The Quay on the seafront and at the heart of the action in Poole has been re-imagined. Now under the ownership of Hall & Woodhouse, the pub is scheduled for a complete transformation in spring 2025. We’re now looking to strengthen our leadership team with an enthusiastic Shift Leader.

- A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
- Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
- Well-presented, detail-focused and professional
- Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
- Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
- A natural host who loves creating day making moments
