The Quay Inn is a family-run busy pub on Wareham Quay, Dorset, seeking an experienced sous chef to join our team and help drive our classic English kitchen forward.
You will assist the head chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, lead and train junior staff, ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene, manage stock and kitchen logistics, and thrive under pressure during peak periods in a supportive, collaborative environment.
