About the job
The NetSuite Solution Lead is responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of our NetSuite solution to meet business needs. Managing and maintaining our NetSuite platform, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and usability. Any changes are delivered in accordance with the company’s CIP sprint methodology. Act as scrum master for Finance business function.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in ERP usage and administration and at least 5 years NetSuite experience, either as a high-level super user, developer or system admin.
- An understanding of financial accounting principles including double entry book-keeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Information Systems discipline.
- Familiarity with business process modelling and agile way of working.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening, and presentation).
- Strong time management, planning skills and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven individual performing at a high level in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ERP solutions that align with business needs and goals.
- Responding to and resolving bug/support tickets.
- User and role management in line with internal control and security rules.
- Actively taking ownership of the Finance function in relation to changes to NetSuite.
- Together with IT system analysts, perform business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and design solutions.
- Together with IT system analysts prepare technical design documents and specifications.
- Coordinate with system analysts & development teams to ensure accurate implementation of ERP solutions.
- Conduct system testing and manage user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and technical support to ERP system users.
- Regularly assess the ERP system and recommend upgrades or changes to improve its performance.
- Manage and support 3rd party NetSuite integrations and vendors.
Location: Cornwall, UK (Tremough Innovation Centre, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 9TA)
Pay range in Cornwall, UK: £65,000 - £75,000 dependent on skills and experience. Up to 9% company matched pension contribution. Critical illness covers and life assurance benefit. Home office internet costs covered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Other: Full-time, ability to work from Cornwall office at least once a week, some travelling to other locations in Norway and USA.
