About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager (gn) to lead the development and execution of our More Nutrition marketing strategy for the UK at a time of significant strategic ambition. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing European brand in its early days in the UK, driving growth across multiple channels and shaping high-impact marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and local retailers to grow our presence in the UK market as we build distribution on- and offline. You can work remotely, with the option to use our London office, and should be open to occasional travel to our HQ in Hamburg, Germany.

Your Mission

  • You develop and execute the UK brand and marketing strategy to drive penetration, trial and further distribution.
  • Adapt our global channel, assortment, activation playbook to local market needs and opportunities.
  • You define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns with relevant agencies and internal teams across all relevant channels including performance marketing, TikTok and retail media.
  • You work closely with commercial, DTC & influencer teams and other stakeholders to ensure maximise impact of campaigns.
  • You collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience across all D2C and retail channels tailored to the UK market.
  • Act as the brand guardian for the country, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
  • You track key brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • You monitor competitors, trends, and new market opportunities and derive actionable plan.

Your Qualifications

  • You have 4–6 years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in consumer goods.
  • You have strong expertise in brand building and driving integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including mass media as well as performance marketing and influencers in the UK market.
  • You’ve operated in digital first environments, with hands-on experience driving D2C, retail media and performance marketing.
  • You have over 1 year experience actively working with TikTok.
  • You can inspire and rally cross-functional partners and agencies to execute at pace while staying focused on the end game.
  • You look to continuously improve using data & insights as your compass.
