This is an exciting time to join an organisation with an essential role in the UK’s tertiary education sector. Responsibilities
- Position: Nations Enhancement Manager – lead impactful, nation-specific programmes that enhance the quality and effectiveness of learning and teaching across Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Oversee strategic initiatives that strengthen tertiary education systems, ensuring activities are distinctive to each nation’s priorities and aligned across the UK.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive innovation, share best practice, and embed a culture of continuous improvement in quality enhancement.
Requirements
- You will be a strategic leader with a strong understanding of quality enhancement and assurance across tertiary education.
- Skilled in programme delivery and stakeholder engagement, you will coordinate complex initiatives across the devolved nations with confidence and clarity.
- You will bring excellent communication, analytical, and partnership-building skills, using evidence and insight to drive improvement, innovation, and impact across learning and teaching.
