Were Innovative We move fast We dont accept bullshit Remote Job Quantity Surveyor – Scaffolding Contracts Position: Experienced Quantity Surveyor – Scaffolding Contract Type: Subcontract / Consultancy Working Arrangement: Initially 5 days per week, transitioning to 3 days per week Reporting To: Head of Operations – The QS Guys Role Overview The QS Guys are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work directly with an established scaffolding contractor, providing comprehensive estimating, contract administration and commercial management services. The successful candidate will work closely with the scaffolding company's Managing Director, taking responsibility for estimating, managing the commercial aspects of scaffolding contracts, and overseeing variations and contractual changes. The position will report directly to the Head of Operations at The QS Guys, who will provide oversight of commercial performance, service delivery and reporting requirements. This role requires a commercially focused individual with strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining close working relationships with both the client and The QS Guys.
