The QS Guys do quantity surveying and estimating for builders and contractors across the UK. Builders send us drawings, we send back accurate costings fast, so they can price more jobs and win more work. We’re remote, we’re growing, and we need someone to bring in more builders.
The role
You’ll find builders who need pricing help, get them on a call, and turn them into regular clients. Simple as that. No fluff, no endless meetings.
What you’ll do
- Call, message and follow up with builders, contractors and developers
- Work our existing customer list and bring old clients back
- Book and run sales calls, then close
- Keep the CRM tidy so nothing slips
- Tell us what builders are actually saying so we can sharpen the offer
What you’ll need
- A track record selling to trades, construction or small business owners
- You’re comfortable on the phone and don’t need a script to hold a conversation
- You follow up. Every time.
- Construction knowledge is a big plus. Knowing your way around drawings, tenders or pricing is even better.
