Responsibilities
- Create a relaxing experience for guests, whether they are staying in the hotel or visiting for a spa break.
- Deliver a variety of treatments using your expertise and advise guests on the best products to support their wellbeing.
- Sell a range of products from the retail offer, upsell treatments, and book additional services.
- Attend regular training with Elemis Ambassadors across the group to continuously improve your skills.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist desirable; not essential.
- Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails is a bonus.
Working Hours
- Spa Opening Times: Monday – Friday 10:00am – 18:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 10:00am – 18:00pm.
- Health Club Times: Monday – Thursday 6:30am – 19:30, Friday 6:30am – 20:00, Saturday & Sunday 8:00am – 19:00pm.
